For my leadership project, I knew that it was imperative for our industry to learn basic excel in order to move up in leadership roles with increasing responsibilities. Because so much of our industry is number and data driven, it is important to get a base training of how Excel works.
Not only were we able to gauge where people started from, but we were able to gauge the applied learnings with a pre and posttest and evaluation.
3 out of the 3 people that have taken the course has thought it was very helpful to learn some basics about excel and data entry, not only common knowledge and shortcuts, but the hands-on practice as well.
